Willy Mouna
Willy Mouna is a spiritual teacher who currently resides in Brazil. Author of two spiritual works; Sacred spiritual practices and You are not who you believe you are. In recent years, he lived immersed in his own silence, amid an inevitable, painful and inexplicable rebirth, believing that silence and suffering have always been his greatest incentives to evolve spiritually and discover his true nature. As time went by, many people were attracted to approach him, asking for spiritual guidance. Willy then spent the last few years giving himself to those who needed his advice and outlook on life, then actually becoming a teacher. Today he resides in São Paulo and holds Courses, Retreats and Satsangs weekly and also has individual meetings. He does not follow any specific lineage or religion, however, he uses them when necessary.

Willy's spiritual life started very early, however, due to the lack of guidance and knowledge of what was happening to him, he spent a lot of time in silence and marinating in the very source of being. Over time, he discovered that there were spiritual teachers who talked about the experience he was going through. Willy explored the teachings of spiritual teachers and teachers such as Adyashanti, Rupert Spira, Mikhail Naimy, Rumi, Meister Echkart, the Gospels, Echkart Tolle, Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta Maharaj. Also, he met with Adyashanti who guided him through much of his maturation. However, inevitably, he always ended up distancing himself and returning to silence, receiving teachings straight from the source. Willy emphasizes that spirituality is not something you learn and manipulate, but that you live and that you are. Today, Willy offers teachings that are free from any belief, ideology or philosophy. Your entire message is shared by your own experience. He says, '' The truth is above and beyond any point of life or religion, there is no doctrine that can contain the truth that is at the heart of all religions. '' His teachings are straightforward and honest, he does not believe it to be countless reincarnations are necessary to realize the divinity that exists at the source, I Am.

Sanksrito's name Mouna means silence. For him, silence has always been his greatest teacher. Willy speaks; '' Sage Ramana Maharshi once said that silence is the greatest form of Grace. And it is also the greatest teaching ''. I realized during my life that silence was much more than the simple absence of noise. Silence brings with it the magic of the unknown and the unpredictable. You also bring with you the magic of simply Being and resting in yourself, without wanting to alter anything or anyone. When the mind is calm, the heart is calm, the conscience has the opportunity to recognize itself and return to its true home. It is only when we are resting in the heart of the Being that there is the possibility of feeling full joy and peace. Not that fleeting joy and peace as we know it in society, but a joy and peace that is what we are in our essence. We have spent too much time living without living, the time has come to allow the false to die for the true to take its place. We are not born to stay awake. If we human beings have a purpose, that purpose is to wake up and recognize who we truly are. This is the only way to solve problems in society. It is when the individual himself wakes up from the illusion of selfish separation and recognizes his full Oneness with the totality of existence.

If you are here, it is for a beautiful reason, your conscience is guiding you to a new life, a life free from suffering and unnecessary dramas. Trust that impulse, that call. Allow yourself to continue that path towards the light. Your whole being yearns for the truth of Being. Your whole being yearns for peace from the source of the I am. That is what the bible meant; "The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding." When we are resting in essence, regardless of what is happening externally, we are resting in a kingdom of heaven, and there is nothing that can shake that. What could shake the immutable, the eternal, the emptiness? Nothing. This is the peace of God and it surpasses all understanding, but it can be experienced by you right now!
